ABOUT UNA CASA INTERIOR
Una Casa Interior is an interior design studio and curated online store offering furniture, lighting, artworks, home accessories, and exclusive interior pieces from selected international designers, brands, artists, and makers.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We carefully select and present each piece with accurate descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, and specifications.
Due to the nature of handmade, artistic, and designer products, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or materials may occur.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
PAYMENTS
Due to the nature of our collection, full payment is required before an order is confirmed and production or sourcing begins.
Most of our pieces are made-to-order, specially sourced, or created specifically for each client.
Once an order has been confirmed and production, sourcing, or preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
MADE TO ORDER & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
Products offered by Una Casa Interior are made to order or sourced specifically upon receipt of a customer order.
As a result, such products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation relating to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Orders for made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production or procurement has commenced.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

ORDERS
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Una Casa Interior.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that product selections, dimensions, materials, finishes, and delivery information are correct before confirming an order.
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Design concepts, drawings, recommendations, specifications, and project materials created by Una Casa Interior are intended for the agreed project only and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including images, text, branding, and design materials belongs to Una Casa Interior unless otherwise stated.
