Profilo Suspension Lamp

Profilo is a composition of planes shaped by light. Its name evokes the precise contour the lamp traces in space — a silhouette that emerges as the essential expression of the whole.
The structure is formed through a rhythmic sequence of overlapping discs which, viewed from a distance, create clean and distinctive silhouettes — spherical, conical, or reminiscent of a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic chandelier. The composition is defined by the interplay of solid and void, presence and transparency, giving rise to a form shaped through subtraction.
The glass elements are crafted using the traditional Murano centrifuga technique and are distinguished by their substantial thickness, tactile movement and subtle organic variations. A delicate opal spiral runs across the surface, guiding the diffusion of light, modulating its intensity and creating a soft, controlled glow.
At the centre, the lighting technology is discreetly integrated, allowing the glass to remain the protagonist in shaping the atmosphere. Light moves between the planes, filtered and reflected to create a layered and dynamic visual experience. The result is a finely balanced composition in constant dialogue with its surroundings.
Available in multiple configurations, Profilo maintains its coherence and purity of form in every expression. Geometry becomes a distinctive visual language, capable of adapting to different spaces while preserving its unmistakable formal identity.
