Nils & Eva Koppel Medallion Chair, 1952 - Cognac Leather - Walnut

Nils & Eva Koppel Medallion Chair, 1952 - Cognac Leather - Walnut

Designed by Danish architects Nils and Eva Koppel, the Model 190 chair was first produced in 1952 by Slagelse Møbelværk and represents the high point of their brief yet remarkable furniture design career.

Exclusively reissued by Dagmar as the Medallion Chair, the sculptural design is defined by its blade-like arms and flowing organic curves. Available in walnut or oiled oak and upholstered in cognac aniline leather.

Each chair is made in Denmark using traditional cabinetmaking techniques, preserving the craftsmanship and character of the original design.
